G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé Brut Champagne Magnum (1.5L)

This is the Grand Cordon Rosé Brut from G.H. Mumm, in a 150cl magnum. It is the rosé counterpart to the house's Cordon Rouge and carries the same red ribbon. The blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. A 14% addition of still red Pinot Noir from the house's own vineyards gives the salmon-pink colour with orange highlights, along with forest fruit and spice. Strawberry, cherry and redcurrant come through, with bright red fruit, a light texture and balancing acidity on the palate.
