G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé is a non-vintage Brut rosé Champagne in a 75cl bottle, drawn from more than 120 crus across the Champagne region. The base blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. At blending, 14% still red wine from the house's own Pinot Noir vineyards is added, giving a pale salmon colour and forest fruit character.
On the nose there are strawberries, cherries, red currants, vanilla and caramel. The palate is creamy, round and balanced, with candied pink grapefruit zest, toasted brioche, melon and spice, carried by bright acidity into a lingering, smoke-tinged finish.
