Oban The Night's Watch is a Highland single malt from the Game of Thrones whisky series, a limited edition that pays tribute to the men of the Wall. It was aged in refill bourbon casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has sea air, malted barley and dark cherry compote, with burnt toffee and fire-charred oak. The palate is silky but firm, with caramel, spiced orange peel, a mineral edge and a little black tea. The finish is dry and lingering, with oak and pepper.
