A ten-year-old Tennessee whiskey from George Dickel, distilled in 2016 and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society in a 70cl bottle. It is numbered B5.22 and named The Sweet Trolley And The Herb Basket. It is the oldest bourbon the Society has bottled.
The whiskey was matured in a single new charred oak barrel, which gave 200 bottles.
The nose is described as teas and stone fruits with hazelnuts, cassia and candied orange. The palate is thick and mouth coating, with cream soda and liquorice, herby popcorn, spiced rum, toffee apples, banana split, banoffee pie and dulce de leche.
