George Dickel 15 Year Old Single Barrel "Blackwell's Barrel" Tennessee Whisky (75cl, 48.1%)

This is a Tennessee whisky from George Dickel, drawn from a single barrel after 15 years of maturation and bottled at 48.1% in a 75cl bottle. The barrel was hand-selected as the Blackwell's Barrel. Because each release comes from one barrel, it is bottled unblended and uncut at the strength the cask reached, rather than being combined with others to match a house style. George Dickel is made at the Cascade Hollow distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and the spirit is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before it goes into the barrel, in the Lincoln County Process.
