George Dickel – 15 Year Old Single Barrel Tennessee Whisky (75cl, 42.2%)

This is a 15 year old Tennessee whisky from George Dickel, bottled from single barrels in a 75cl bottle at 42.2% ABV. Each barrel develops its own taste and aroma, so no two are the same. The barrels used here were hand-selected because their character called for extra time in wood to develop fully. The tasting notes run from vanilla, toffee and treacle to rich leather, saddle oil and wood, ending in a more delicate perfume of fruit or lavender.
