George Dickel – Rye Whisky (75cl, 45%)

George Dickel Rye is a Tennessee rye whisky in a 75cl bottle at 45% ABV. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and the whisky is finished in the chilled, charcoal-mellowed style, which few ryes follow. Its spicy but smooth finish suits classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan. Fruit, clove and cinnamon show at first taste, followed by a long, composed spiciness.
