This is a single barrel straight bourbon, bottled in 2022 for Perola at a cask strength of 51.9% (103.8 proof). It is non-chill-filtered, has no added colour and was filled into 192 bottles of 70cl.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
On the palate there is orchard fruit and juicy apples, with a touch of crumble cake that adds sweetness.
