This is a barrel proof George T. Stagg bourbon, distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2018 at 62.45% ABV. It was aged for a minimum of 15 years in new charred oak barrels.
The palate is rich in toffee and dark chocolate, with vanilla and fudge alongside. Dates, red berries and tobacco run through it and carry on into the finish, where a hint of spearmint joins them.
