An aromatic white wine from Alto Adige, made from Gewurztraminer grapes. It is bright golden yellow, with a rich bouquet of exotic fruit, lychee, sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, rose petals and acacia honey. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with Asian dishes, aged cheeses and aromatic fish dishes.
