Muller Thurgau Dolomiti IGT is a white wine from Cantina Rovere della Luna Aichholz, grown in the Dolomites. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a delicate bouquet of floral and fruity notes, especially peach and green apple, plus aromatic herbs. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a surprisingly long, pleasantly aromatic finish. It suits an aperitif, light fish dishes, fresh salads and vegetarian dishes.
