A white wine from Alto Adige, produced by Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and an aromatic bouquet of green apple, melon and subtle hazelnut notes. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity contributing to a pleasant aromatic persistence. The vineyards are cultivated at medium altitude, giving the wine freshness and minerality. Controlled maturation in steel tanks preserves the grape's organoleptic qualities. It suits an aperitif or dishes of fish, seafood and Asian cuisine.
