A Pinot Nero from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz, showing the elegance and finesse of the Alpine terroir. It has a delicate ruby red colour with cherry and violet hints, and a balanced bouquet of small red berries and light spice from ageing in French oak barriques. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and persistent freshness, it suits delicate dishes such as porcini mushroom risotto, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
