A Trentino Sauvignon Blanc white wine from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz, bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
The nose shows tropical fruit such as passion fruit, fresh herbs and a light elderflower note, with mineral hints reflecting the terroir. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity, citrus and exotic fruit flavours, a light vegetal note and a long aromatic finish. Serve as an aperitif or with light starters, fish, seafood and refined vegetable dishes.
