Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC - Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz (13.5%)

A white wine from Alto Adige, produced by Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz. It is made in the alpine climate and rich soils of the region, expressing the character and finesse typical of Pinot Bianco. In the glass it is pale straw yellow, almost crystal clear. The nose brings green apple, pear, floral notes and sweet almond. On the palate it is lively and balanced, with well-integrated acidity. It suits seafood, chicken and light vegetable dishes, and can be enjoyed young or after some bottle ageing.
