A pot still straight bourbon from Texas, bottled at 47.5% (95 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It has been aged for at least two years. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The nose is described as vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and rye spice. On the palate are toasted caramel, sweet oak, blackberries, vanilla and baking spices. The finish is of medium length, with dried fruit, light pepper and toasted oak alongside spicy, sweet caramel.
