Giant 95 Proof is a Texas bourbon bottled at 47.5% ABV, made in small batches and aged in American oak barrels in Houston.
The barrels sit through the sharp swings of the Texas climate, which gives the whiskey a deep colour and a spicy aroma.
In the glass it is described as rich and well balanced, with potent wood notes joined by hints of vanilla and caramel.
