Giffard Crème de Framboise (75cl, 16%)

Giffard Crème de Framboise is a French raspberry liqueur, a crème de fruits made by infusing raspberries. It has a deep red colour with orange and amber hues. The aroma is true to the fruit with a slightly spicy edge, alongside red fruits such as blackcurrant and gooseberry. On the palate it is vibrant and lively, with a gentle peppery note and fruit of blackberries, blackcurrants and tart red berries. The finish is long and aromatic, much like the berry itself. It suits an aperitif served with a dry white, rosé or sparkling wine, and it works in cocktails.
