Giffard Crème de Framboise is a raspberry liqueur with a deep, aromatic red-fruit character, made by Giffard in Angers, France. The house was founded in 1885 by Emile Giffard.
In the glass it is deep red with orange and amber shades. The nose is slightly spicy and true to the fruit, with powerful hints of blackcurrant and gooseberry.
The attack is bright and lively with a pleasant peppery edge. Blackberry, blackcurrant and tart red fruit lead to a long, aromatic raspberry finish.
