Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is made from Concerto malted barley and water from Loch Katrine, fermented for over 72 hours and distilled three times in copper pot stills. The third distillation removes heavier oily compounds, so only the lightest spirit is collected. It is matured in ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks, which are married before bottling. The whisky is non-chill filtered and natural in colour. Notes of shortbread, honey and double cream come with a warming woody spice.
