Glen Breton 10 Year Old is a Canadian single malt from Glenora Distillery on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The spirit is made from Scottish-malted barley and double distilled in copper pot stills. It then matures for at least ten years in American oak casks kept in the distillery's apple orchard. It won Gold at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards and at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose offers orange peel, baking spice, milk chocolate, honey and vanilla. The palate brings ripe fruit and chocolate, toasted hazelnut, maple and cherry. The finish is smooth and long, with fresh apple and ginger.
