Glen Breton Rare 12 Year Old is a single malt from Glenora Distillery. One of its cask-strength whiskies was finished with Ice Wine, in a collaboration with a Nova Scotia winery.
The distillery monitored the whisky over four months as it took on sweetness and fruitiness from the wine's grapes. The result combines Glenora's new make spirit with the more delicate character of Ice Wine.
