Glen Breton 10 Years is a single malt from the Glenora distillery in Glenville, Nova Scotia, the only distillery in Canada making single malt in the Scottish style. It was matured for ten years in American oak casks and is bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings spice, chocolate, honey, vanilla and fruit, with hints of tobacco, maple and cherry. On the palate come citrus, dry grass, fruit, chocolate and hazelnut, followed by maple and cherry. The finish is fairly short.
