This is a 19 year old single malt from Glen Moray, bottled by Living Souls. It was finished in Amoroso sherry hogsheads, Amoroso being a blend of Oloroso with a small portion of Pedro Ximénez. The whisky is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration. It is described as a dram that brings to mind a forest lodge, with stacks of warm pancakes and maple syrup after a morning hike among the pines.
