This is an 11 year old Glen Moray from The Single Cask series. It was distilled on 22 November 2007, matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled on 17 April 2019. The bottling is 208 bottles. The nose is intense, with malted barley, crème brûlée and creamy caramel. The palate is warming, with more barley, toasted oak, plenty of vanilla, roasted nuts and chewy caramel. The finish is long and dry.
