A Glen Moray 16 Year Old from Speyside, bottled by Cadenhead's at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks, is a limited release, and is bottled without chill-filtering or added colour.
Cadenhead's is an independent bottler, founded in 1842 and part of J & A Mitchell & Co, the owner of Springbank and Glengyle.
The tasting notes describe a nose of ripe bananas, foam banana sweets, walnuts and icing sugar. The palate offers creme brulee, white chocolate and vanilla sponge, and the finish brings cocoa powder, cinnamon sticks and warming spice.
