This is a single cask Glen Moray from 2008, hand filled at the distillery and bottled at 57.9% abv. It is a Distillery Exclusive release.
The whisky first matured in a rum cask and was then moved to a Cognac cask for finishing. That change of cask is typical of the experimentation Glen Moray is known for.
The bottling belongs to the Glen Moray Private Collection, which is built around the individual character of each cask.
