This is a 13 year old Glen Moray from 2010, bottled by Dràm Mòr for its Summer Release 2024. Only 222 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured in bourbon casks and was then finished in a first fill Tokaji wine cask.
The nose is fairly quiet. The palate is sweet without being too sweet and fruity without losing balance, with soft melon, a honey and nut crunch, and the malty, slightly citrus character of Glen Moray. The finish is fresh, with gentle oak and nutty notes that gradually turn to fruity honey.
