This Glen Moray was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2026 at eight years old by Cask Partnership, under the Murray McDavid name. Its final four years were spent in Pedro Ximénez barriques from the Ximénez-Spínola bodega, a sherry house founded in 1729.
The nose opens with intense fruit sweetness that moves into hazelnuts, dried dates and ripe red berries. On the palate, Glen Moray's creamy character is balanced between dry spice and rich sherry sweetness.
