This is an 11 year old single malt from Glen Moray, from the 2008 vintage and released under the Lawless name. Only 324 bottles were produced. The whisky has a handsome mahogany colour. On the nose there are zabaglione, fermenting barley, dog rose and chestnut honey. The palate offers dried Calabrian figs, cream wafers and a hint of very old madeira, filling the mouth with elegance and structure.
