This is a Speyside single malt from Glen Moray, in a 70cl bottle. It matures first in American oak, then is finished in port casks, which give it a rose-gold hue.
The nose brings toasted vanilla, light oak and rich dried fruits. The palate is lively, with a little spice, a citrus lemon tang, caramelised sweetness and a touch of cinnamon. The finish is smooth and lingering, with sweet wine and toasted oak.
