Glen Scotia 15 Years is an unpeated Campbeltown single malt, aged for 15 years in American oak barrels. The label gives the distillery's founding year as 1832, and the whisky is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is full but soft, with ripe fruit, toffee, apricot, honey and dried herbs. The palate is creamy, balancing spice and sweetness, with sweet fruit, malt, chocolate, vanilla and a bitter note. The finish is long, with a final kick.
