A 10 year old Speyside single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022 by James Eadie for its Small Batch series. It was matured in re-charred hogsheads, which add depth and structure to the spirit. The label, The Half Moon, was illustrated by Cristina Buonanno and takes its inspiration from one of the historic pubs once owned by James Eadie. The re-charred oak is associated with toasted sweetness, gentle spice and a touch of richness, set against Glen Spey's light, grassy profile.
