Glen Spey 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled by James Eadie. It was distilled in 2013 and matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, then bottled at 52.5% ABV without chill-filtration. The release belongs to a range inspired by W. Y. Crowe's work The Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland (1922–1929). Glen Spey's light, grassy spirit meets the Oloroso cask, which adds dried fruit, chocolate and warming spice.
