Glen Talloch Rare & Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is put together from thirty malt and grain whiskies, among them Balblair, Knockdhu and Old Pulteney.
The blend is matured for a minimum of three years in oak casks.
On the nose it is light citrus, warm vanilla and a little dried fruit, with soft malt around them. The palate is mild and round, with toffee, honey and a touch of oak. The finish is medium in length and gently spiced, with vanilla lingering.
