A ten-year-old cask strength single malt from GlenAllachie in Speyside, Batch 11, bottled at 59.4% in a 70cl bottle.
GlenAllachie was founded in 1967 and spent many years under foreign corporate ownership. In 2017 it was bought, along with the filled casks in its warehouse, by Billy Walker and his partners Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson. The distillery has four stills and two separate spirit safes, so it can make smoky and unpeated new make side by side.
