This 11 year old single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside is part of the Wood Finish Series. It has been finished in Marsala wood and is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery dates from 1967. Since 2017 it has been back in Scottish private hands, after Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought it along with the filled casks in its warehouse. Its four stills and two separate spirit safes let it produce smoky and non-smoky new make in parallel.
