A Speyside single malt from Glenallachie, distilled in 2008 and bottled by Duncan Taylor at 55.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in an octave cask.
The distillery was founded in 1967 and returned to Scottish private ownership in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought it. It has four stills and two spirit safes, which lets it make two different new-make spirits side by side, smoky and non-smoky.
