This is a 10 year old single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, finished in Grattamacco casks and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
GlenAllachie was founded in 1967. In 2017 it returned to Scottish private ownership, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery along with the filled casks in its warehouse. It runs four stills and two separate spirit safes, which lets it make smoky and non-smoky new make side by side.
