A 17-year-old Glenallachie single malt from Speyside, bottled by Cadenhead at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was founded in 1967 and spent a long period in foreign corporate ownership. In 2017 it was bought by The GlenAllachie Distillers Company, led by Billy Walker with Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson, and the filled casks in the warehouse came with it. Its spirit had gone almost entirely into blends, so single malt bottlings were rare and appeared mainly through independent bottlers.
