This is an 11 year old Glenallachie, a Speyside single malt released as Small Batch Edition #8. It was distilled in 2012 and matured in Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. The Oloroso casks bring dark fruits, chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, alongside the rich, honeyed character of the distillery's spirit.
