GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the heart of Billy Walker's revived core range, a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour.
The spirit is matured in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, and a small share of virgin-oak casks. It is described as honey-malt in character, with dark fruit, creamy vanilla and gentle oak spice.
