This 13 year old single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside has been finished in Oloroso wood. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
GlenAllachie was founded in 1967 and returned to Scottish private ownership in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and the filled casks in its warehouse. With four stills and two separate spirit safes, it can make smoky and non-smoky new make at the same time.
