A single cask Glenallachie from Speyside, distilled on 9 February 2005 and bottled in 2020 after 15 years in a Madeira barrel. It is bottled at 58.3% in a 70cl bottle.
Glenallachie was built in 1891 and began production in 1898. Its whisky was first destined for the White Horse blend. Since 2017 the distillery has been owned by Billy Walker, Graham Stevenson and Trisha Savage, through the Glenallachie Distillers Company Limited.
