This is a 15 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, part of the core range overseen by Billy Walker. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The spirit matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons and hogsheads.
Dark fruit, rich chocolate and oak spice are described, set against the distillery's honeyed malt character.
