Glendalough Double Barrel is an Irish single grain whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 42% ABV. It is matured twice over: first in bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is soft, with vanilla, flowers, raisins and fruit. On the palate it is sweet and fruity, with pastry and a touch of wood. The finish is short, with oak and spice.
