Glenfarclas 10 Year is a Speyside single malt from the Grant family, who have owned the Glenfarclas distillery since 1865. It is matured exclusively in sherry casks, and the 10 year old is bottled at 40% ABV.
The sherry oak influence is clear at this age. It is usually described as showing dried fruit, vanilla and gentle spice.
