This is a 17 year old single malt from the family-owned Glenfarclas distillery in Speyside, bottled at 43% ABV. It was matured in selected sherry casks and has a golden amber colour.
The nose brings dried fruit, toasted nuts and a touch of spice. The palate is round and soft, with layers of sherry, malt, honey and light smoke, leading to a long, warm and harmonious finish.
