This Glenfarclas Easter Edition is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 at 46%. It is an original distillery bottling, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured entirely in first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks, kept in the traditional dunnage warehouses at Glenfarclas. Only 3,600 numbered bottles were filled.
The nose is rich with sherry, raisins, dates and dark dried fruit, with orange peel and toffee. On the palate it is full and balanced, with Oloroso sweetness, dark chocolate and spicy oak. The finish is long and warming.
