This is an 8 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenfarclas, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery's name is usually translated as 'Glen of the green grassland'.
In the glass it is a vibrant straw gold. The nose is fresh and sappy, with honey, almonds and butterscotch. The palate is firm, with a mild smokiness, and the finish is malty with more butterscotch.
